Troy Watt, a.k.a. Buffy Lo is a Cree from God’s Lake Narrows First Nation in Northern Manitoba. He studied photography at PrairieView School of Photography and is a self-taught makeup artist and a part-time drag queen. Living in Winnipeg since 2016, he’s grown into and become close with the local queer community.
