Zin Taylor: Cut Flowers

New sculptural works by Paris-based Canadian artist Zin Taylor are promised in this show: namely, vases, lamps, fabric screens, carved knives and eyeballs—yes, eyeballs. Recent solo exhibitions elsewhere at l’antenne culturelle du frac île-de-france at le plateau, at Westfalischer Kunstverein, and at Oakville Galleries—as well as a monograph of his work soon to be co-published through Southern Alberta Art Gallery and Mousse Publishing—promise there will be much of worth for retinal rods and cones to partake of here.
