Nathalie Batraville is an Assistant Professor at Concordia University’s Simone de Beauvoir Institute, where she teaches and conducts research in the areas of Black feminisms, queer theory, and prison abolition. In so doing, she works to generate and illuminate frameworks that challenge state violence and interpersonal violence.
